These terms govern your use of globaldiaolous.cc. They were last updated on 8 October 2026. Paid consulting work is governed by the written proposal you accept, and that proposal prevails over these terms if they differ on fees or scope.

Using the site
You may read the pages and send an enquiry for a lawful business purpose. You may not misuse the form, attempt to break or probe the site, copy it in a way that suggests you are the practice, or use it to send unlawful, misleading, or harmful content. We may ignore an enquiry that looks like that kind of misuse.
No legal advice on these pages
The articles on this site describe how the practice works. They are general information. They are not legal, tax, or accounting advice, and they are not a recommendation for your particular facts. The disclaimer is part of that warning. Do not rely on a page here as a substitute for advice from a qualified adviser in the relevant jurisdiction.
Enquiries and engagements
Sending the contact form, or emailing us, does not create a contract and does not by itself create a duty to take you on. The offer page describes the engagements we are willing to propose. A contract for paid work is formed only when you accept a written proposal that states the scope, the fee, and the currency. Email acceptance is enough if it comes from a person allowed to commit the organisation.
Unless that proposal says otherwise, you own the final documents once the related invoice is paid. We may keep working papers for the period stated in the proposal. We do not take payment through this website.
Intellectual property
The text, the logo mark, and the visual design of this site belong to the practice. You may not copy the site design or present our wording as your own program. You keep all rights in the materials you send us. You give us permission to use those materials only to answer you and, if you accept a proposal, to perform that engagement.
Liability
We take care with what we publish, and we correct errors we are told about. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or that every sentence will remain current as rules change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make solely from reading the site, or for loss caused by a third party’s refusal to accept a document. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for any duty that mandatory law keeps in place. If you are a consumer with mandatory rights in your country, those rights remain.
Other documents
The privacy policy and the cookie policy explain personal data and cookies. They are not overridden by these terms.
Law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. The courts of Chișinău have jurisdiction, without removing a mandatory right you have to bring a claim in your place of residence where the law gives you that right. The practice is aimed at organisations. If you are contracting as a consumer, mandatory consumer protections still apply.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after that date is use of the updated terms. A proposal already accepted is not changed by a later edit of this page.
