Privacy policy
This policy explains how Natalia Cerednicenco handles personal data collected through globaldiaolous.cc. It was last updated on 8 October 2026.
Who we are
The controller of personal data collected through this website is Natalia Cerednicenco, Dacia Blvd 35, MD-2060 Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. You can write to [email protected].
The practice is established in the Republic of Moldova. We handle personal data in line with the personal-data rules that apply to us there. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the regime that applies where you live. This policy is written so you can see what we actually do. It is not a claim that every foreign statute has been formally adopted as our internal rule.
Data we collect and why
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you type, and the fact that you confirmed you read this policy. We use that information to reply, to decide whether the practice can help, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. We do not use the form for marketing lists, and we do not ask you to create an account.
Please do not send identity documents, payment card numbers, or copies of customer databases through the form. If an engagement later needs source documents, we agree a separate way to share them.
The contact page also sets a session cookie so the form can be protected against cross-site misuse. Hosting systems may keep ordinary technical logs, such as an IP address and the page requested, for a short period so the site can be kept secure. We do not add an analytics tool, an advertising pixel, or a third-party tag to this website.
We do not seek information from children. The site describes services for organisations. If you believe a child has sent us a message, write to us and we will delete it.
For people in the European Economic Area, the reasons we rely on are: answering a message you chose to send, as a step toward a possible contract; our legitimate interest in protecting the form from misuse; and, for the cookie that stores your cookie choice, the choice you make in the banner.
Cookies
Cookies are described in the cookie policy. In short, the site uses two essential cookies and no analytics or advertising cookies. The banner lets you accept all categories, reject non-essential cookies, or manage preferences. Because non-essential cookies are not in use, both choices result in the same operational set. Your selection is still recorded so it can be honoured if the site changes, and you can change it from the footer.
How long we keep data
If you enquire and no engagement follows, we aim to delete the correspondence within 12 months. If an engagement follows, we keep the correspondence and the working papers for the life of the work and for the period the proposal says records must be kept. The cookie that remembers your choice lasts 180 days. The session cookie ends when you close the browser. Technical logs, if the host keeps them, are kept only for a short security window under the host’s ordinary practice.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data. We do not share enquiry content with advertisers. An email or hosting provider may process the message so it can be delivered to us, and may store it on servers outside Moldova for that purpose only. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or if you ask us to send a draft to your lawyer or accountant.
We do not use this website to make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold from your enquiry, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it if we no longer need it to answer you or to meet a record we are keeping under a proposal. You may object to our use of the message for anything other than the reply you asked for. We do not use it for anything else.
To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you used, or tell us enough to find the message. We may ask you to confirm that you are the sender before we release or delete anything.
You can complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live. We would like the chance to resolve the matter first.
