Compliance programs a team can actually run.

Natalia Cerednicenco is a compliance consulting practice in Chișinău. We help organisations turn scattered obligations into policies, records, and routines their own staff can explain to a bank, a partner, or a regulator.

Who it is for
Owners and operators preparing for a review.
What you leave with
Documents and a handover your team can use.
What this is not
A law firm, a licence filing, or a guaranteed approval.

A briefing starts from the client’s own materials. We do not hand over a generic policy pack and call it a program.

Where the work begins

Four situations we see most often

The trigger is usually a specific request, not an abstract wish to “be compliant”. Read the longer notes on each situation.

  1. 01

A bank or partner asks for policies

You need a set that matches how the business actually onboards clients, keeps records, and escalates problems. The useful result is a short pack you can send, plus a list of gaps you are not yet ready to claim as closed.

  2. 02

You start serving people in the EU

Personal data, contracts, and customer checks suddenly have an audience outside Moldova. We organise the inventory, the notices, and the internal steps. Your counsel still confirms which statutes apply.

  3. 03

A supplier will touch data or money

A repeatable way to decide which vendors need a closer look, what to ask them, and what to put in front of your lawyer before signature.

  4. 04

The old procedure no longer fits the product

A new channel, a new country, or the first employee who handles client records. We rewrite the routine so it describes the work people do now.

Scope

The practice stays inside a written brief

We design compliance programs, compare current practice with an agreed list of obligations, draft the procedures staff will use, and stay on as a reviewer when that is useful. We do not appear in court, we do not file licence applications, and we do not tell you that a regulator has approved something it has not seen.

If a question needs a lawyer, an accountant, or a technical specialist, we say so in the findings and leave that question open. That honesty is part of the work, not a footnote.

  1. Gap assessmentMap today’s practice against the obligations you have already identified.
  2. Program designRoles, a risk register, controls, and a review calendar.
  3. AML/CFT routinesCustomer checks, records, and escalation. Not a licence opinion.
  4. Data protection readinessInventory, retention, and a notice your counsel can review.
  5. Vendor diligenceA tiered way to review suppliers before they touch data or funds.
  6. Retained advisoryA monthly allotment of hours after the documents exist.

Method, in brief

Four moves, then a handover

  1. Frame. We agree the question, the business line, and what a useful answer looks like. No drafting before that.
  2. Map. We read the documents and talk to the people who do the work, not only the person who hired us.
  3. Draft. Policies and procedures in plain language, each with an owner and a record.
  4. Hand over. A review session, an open-items list, and files your team can edit without us.

Fit

A direct word on who should write to us

A good fit

  • A founder, operator, or small compliance function that will actually use the documents.
  • An organisation in Moldova, or one that can work with us remotely in English.
  • A defined question: a partner review, a new market, a vendor, or a product change.
  • Willingness to let us speak with the people who handle clients, data, or payments.

A poor fit

  • Anyone asking us to pose as a law firm, a bank, or a public authority.
  • A request to guarantee a licence, a fine reduction, or a partner’s “yes”.
  • Emergency incident response, litigation, or a same-day rescue of a frozen account.
  • A template with your logo dropped on it and no look at the real process.

Next step

Ask for a written scope before any document is drafted.

Tell us the organisation, the situation, and what you need to show. We reply within two business days. If the work fits, the next step is a scoping conversation and a proposal that names the fee. Nothing is billed from this website.
